GCDC is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit that provides financial and investment opportunities to promote economic development and job creation in the North Tulsa community. As a certified small business intermediary micro lender through the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and a certified Community Development Financial Institution, GCDC offers microlending programs up to $35,000 and other loan products and services to support construction, pre-development and facilities, business startup and expansion initiatives. Additional technical assistance is also available through the Greenwood Business Resource Centre (GBRC).
