Its mission is to attract, retain, and expand for-profit and not-for-profit businesses for the benefit of Dutchess County by supporting economic diversification strategies that include developing industry clusters, creating viable commercial properties; and marketing the County's strengths. Technical assistance and support programs include Business Retention and Expansion, Dutchess County Data and Business Resources, Empire Zone Administration, Industrial Development Agency (DCIDA) Liaison, Financial Counseling and Deal Structuring, External Marketing Council (EMC), Commercial Real Estate Listings, Dutchess County Tourism, Telecommunications and Broadband Access and Municipal Advocacy.
