A regional planning organization, serving the counties of Aitkin, Carlton, Cook, Itasca, Koochiching, Lake, and St. Louis in Northeastern Minnesota. ARDC assists communities with planning efforts and program development, and it is often responsible for bringing together diverse groups in order to solve community issues.
