The purpose of this exercise is to summarize your specific ideas regarding Financial Management, Human Resources, Business Development, Strategic Planning, Network Building and Risk Management.

This is not an exercise about having the "right or wrong" answers. It is about capturing what you have learned so far as a result of participating in this online 10-Step Venture Development program. By writing down your ideas in these core business management areas, and hopefully sharing them with a business mentor through SCORE, SBDC, WBC or other business adviser channel, you will be well on your way to implementing them.
