VEDC works to maintain a strong economy and a better quality of life throughout California by supporting small business start-up, growth and sustainability. Programs and services include access to entrepreneurial training and microloans beginning at $1,000 up to small business loans at $700,000. With 35 years of experience, VEDC programs and projects also include the SBA Women’s Business Center, Downtown LA Retail Project, San Fernando Valley Financial Development Corporation, Pacoima Development Federal Credit Union, San Fernando Learning Center and Pacoima Training Center.
