A multi- jurisdictional public organization, which bring together public officials and citizens in Cullman, Lawrence, and Morgan Counties to address regional community planning and development issues to promote a better quality of life. Activeities include collaborating to secure grants and loans, technical assistance, best practices sharing, leveraging of resources, and other social and economic stimulation initiatives.
